- Load is automatically set to 'Awarded' status

What You Do:
- Update status as you progress: Picked Up → In Transit → Delivered
- GPS coordinates and timestamps captured automatically on status change
- Upload POD photos using your device camera or existing files
- Capture digital signatures or signature photos
- All POD media stored securely with GPS metadata
- View POD gallery for each load

Complete Workflow Example
Here's how a typical load flows through VanLogIQ from start to finish
Load Awarded
You receive a load assignment. Open VanLogIQ and create a new load. Enter pickup/dropoff locations, dispatcher name, and financial details. Status: Awarded.
Picked Up
You arrive at pickup location. Tap "Advance to Picked Up". GPS coordinates and timestamp are automatically captured. Status: Picked Up.
In Transit
On the road. Tap "Advance to In Transit". You're now tracking your delivery progress. Status: In Transit.
Delivered
You arrive at delivery location. Tap "Advance to Delivered". GPS and timestamp captured automatically. Status: Delivered.
Then upload POD: Take photos of cargo, delivery location, and capture signature. All POD media is stored securely with GPS metadata.
Payment Received
Payment arrives. Mark load as paid in the Payment Status section. Payment date is recorded. Load appears in your paid loads. Status can be updated to Paid (optional).
